Prior to founding SWG in 2004, he previously worked over 26 years as a security executive for large retail companies. His experience ranges from directing security and safety operations at hotel and convention complexes to the position of Regional Loss Prevention Manager for a Fortune 500 company for 14 years where he developed successful loss prevention strategies, policies, procedures and products.
Bill is active in professional organizations as a Vice President for the Eastern States Criminal Investigators Association, a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS International), a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and is a certified Loss Prevention Service Provider by the Pennsylvania State Self Insurance Program.
Joey Dalessio is a Business Development Executive who has been marketing, developing, and managing security industry businesses since 1973. His career started in the family physical security business, working his way up from bench and field technician to general manager, learning product, operations and account management expertise. He then moved into hardware manufacturing as the national sales manager for a door and frame accessory company followed by positions as national sales manager, VP-Sales and VP-GM for the leading high security company in North America, building key and access control processes, procedures and programs.
As an independent outsource Business Development Manager, Joey has successfully built an improved capability nationwide network of security professionals, implemented marketing & sales, operations and financial infrastructure programs in wholesale distribution and developed target marketing and sales programs for manufacturers of mechanical and electronic security products.
